- CRE3D Originals: All STL files, designs, and products listed under CRE3D Originals.stl are intellectual property of CRE3D and represent our original work. Redistribution, reselling, or modification without explicit written permission is prohibited.
- Licensed Designs: Some 3D printed products available for sale are licensed for commercial use with explicit creator permission. We fully respect and comply with creator terms and licensing agreements.
- Community Favorites: The Community Favorites.stl collection consists of curated, handpicked designs from the wider 3D printing community for educational and inspirational purposes.
There is no direct hosting, selling, or redistribution of these STL files on our website.
Download links under this category point only to the original creator’s page. CRE3D receives no monetary benefit or affiliate commission for sharing these links.
All creators are given proper credit and attribution. - Customers submitting their own files for printing confirm that they have all legal rights to those designs. CRE3D is not liable for copyright infringement claims related to customer-submitted content.
Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
- Pricing is based on design complexity, material choice, size, finishing, and production time. Bulk and recurring orders may be eligible for discounts.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship Pan-India using reliable third-party logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery timelines:
Express: 1–2 business days
Standard: 3–7 business days - Timelines are approximate and may be impacted by external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements are processed case by case after review.
Use of Products
- CRE3D products are designed for personal, decorative, and functional purposes but are not certified for safety-critical or industrial use unless explicitly stated.
- Customers are expected to use products responsibly. CRE3D is not liable for misuse or incidental damages caused by product use.
Digital File Usage
- Purchasing or accessing STL files does not grant redistribution rights.
- Customers may print purchased STL files for personal or licensed commercial use only if specified.
- Sharing, rehosting, or reselling digital files (modified or unmodified) without permission is strictly prohibited.
Liability Disclaimer
- CRE3D is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by products or services.
- Customers are responsible for verifying that any custom designs meet their intended functional and safety requirements.
