  • We currently ship across India.

  • All orders are fulfilled through our courier partner ShipRocket, which ensures reliable and timely delivery.

Processing Time

  • Orders for ready-to-ship products are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom 3D printed or made-to-order products may require 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499 will incur a nominal shipping charge, displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, promotional offers may include free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery is typically completed within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take up to 10–12 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order directly on the ShipRocket tracking portal using the provided tracking ID.

Address and Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered accurately at checkout.

  • CRE3D is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
